All orders are dispatched in strict rotation, according to the date they are received. The planting season extends from November to the 15th of April. Αll dates are approximate, and depend upon suitable weather conditions.
Packing methods: Roses travel extremely well. They are dispatched bare-root in a special packet containing a plastic bag and a little peat (humus) to retain the moisture.
Each plant is marked by a tag with the variety's name, the group of roses and the code according to our catalogue. More plants of the same variety are always bundled with another tag with the number of the plants, code and variety's name and group.
In the case of bigger orders the plants may be packed in more packets (carton boxes). The number of the packets of each dispatched order is noted on the label of each packet (carton box) beside the name and the address of the buyer. Most of carriages are done by HELLENIC POST.
Guaranteed Delivery Date (only in Greece): If you wish to receive your order οn a specific date, the most effective method is to use an express carrier service - a charge of 10 euros will enable you to take advantage of this service. Only available Monday to Friday. Orders under this term are cash with order and accepted 3 days or more before the guaranteed date of delivery.
Delivery to door(only in Greece):This service is free of charges if it can be executed by HELLENIC POST or other express carriage company (ACS) whithout special fees at the place where the roses are delivered.
